Neighborhood Meeting May 2014
May 16, 2014
On May 16, 2014 the City of Sequim and Lydig Construction held the third neighborhood meeting to update the community on progress and what to expect during the next month.

Work on the manhole on Cedar St. should be completed by Wednesday of next week.  Cedar Street is open for the weekend, but there will be intermittent lane closures next week.

The alley behind Cedar St. will be closed beginning next week for utility work.  There will be no through traffic for approximately two weeks.  All businesses on Cedar Street will remain open.

Site excavation and grading will be in progress.  It is expected that they will begin building the forms for the foundation on May 27, 2014 and the first floor slabs should be complete by mid-July.
