July 7 - 11, 2014
backfill for foundation
Lydig Construction will be working on the following:

1) Continue backfill for footings
2) Finish up with forming and reinforcing concrete foundations
3) Continue mechanical and electrical underground
4) Continue laying underground PVC piping for plumbing
5) Continue installation of downspout underground lines
6) PUD and CenturyLink continue work in the alley to energize residences north of the alley
7) Commence with MEP cap break and electrical floor boxes

The alley will continue to be closed until bollards are installed around the new electrical transformers.

July 14 - 18, 2014
grading for concrete slabs
Grading work continues in preparation for laying the foundation slabs.
Lydig Construction will be working on the following:

1) Finish up with forming and reinforcing concrete foundations
2) Continue mechanical and electrical underground
3) Continue laying down underground PCV piping for plumbing
4) Continue installation of downspout underground lines
5) PUD and CenturyLink continuing work in the alley to energize residences north of the alley
6) Continue with MEP cap break and electrical floor boxes

The alley will continue to be closed until bollards are installed around the new electrical transformers.

July 21 - 25, 2014
crews lay PCV pipes
Crews lay in PVC pipe for the building's plumbing.
Lydig Construction will be working on the following this week:

1) Continue electrical underground
2) Continue laying down underground PVC piping for plumbing
3) Continue installation of downspout underground lines
4) PUD and CenturyLink continuing work in the alley to energize residences north of the alley and remove power poles
5) Continue with mechanical and electrical cap break and electrical floor boxes

The alley will remain closed until bollards are installed around the new electrical transformers.

July 28 - August 1, 2014
crews prepare for concrete pour
Construction crew prepares for the pouring of the first floor concrete slab.
Lydig Construction will be working on the following:

1) Install irrigation sleeving
2) Continue mechanical, electrical, and plumbing underground work on the west side of the building
3) Slab preparation and reinforcement on the east side of the building
4) Place east side concrete slab on grade on Wednesday, July 30
5) PUD continuing power pole relocation work and removal of existing poles

The alley will remain closed until bollards are installed around the new electrical transformers.
