community plaza
Concept drawing for proposed community plaza.
Join us for an Open House focusing on the Community Plaza portion of the new Civic Center on Monday, December 8 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Sequim Transit Center, 190 W. Cedar St.

View concepts for the community plaza and provide feedback to the Sequim City Council on the design, priorities for the implementation phases, and the cost options.

The Lydig Construction crew will be working on:

1)  Continued wall framing on the first and second floor
2)  Rough-in on first floor for mechanical and electrical systems
3)  Installation of metal roofing and membrane roofing
4)  Exterior air barrier and sheet metal work

The alley will remained closed for the foreseeable future until bollards can be installed around the new electrical transformers.

December 8 - 12, 2014
crews begin installing insulation
Crews will begin installing interior insulation this week.
Lydig Construction will be working on the following:

1) Hanging drywall and insulation on the first and second floor
2) Rough-in on the second floor for mechanical and electrical systems
3) Installation of metal roofing and metal siding
4) Exterior insulation and metal work

The alley will remained closed for the foreseeable future until bollards can be installed around the new electrical transformers.

December 15 - 19, 2014
civic center lobby framing
The Civic Center lobby is ready for insulation and drywall.
Lydig Construction will be working on the following:

1) Hanging drywall and insulation on the first and second floors
2) Rough-in on second floor for mechanical and electrical systems
3) Installation of metal roofing, hardi-panels, and metal siding
4) Exterior insulation and sheet metal work

The alley will remained closed for the foreseeable future until bollards can be installed around the new electrical transformers.

December 22 - December 31, 2014
window installation
Windows are installed on the new Civic Center.
Lydig Construction will be working on the following during the next two weeks:

1) Hanging drywall and insulation on the first and second floors
2) Rough-in on second floor for mechanical and electrical systems
3) Installation of metal roofing, hardi-panels and metal siding
4) Exterior insulation and sheet metal work

The alley will remained closed for the foreseeable future until bollards can be installed around the new electrical transformers.
