Expansion and facility development of the existing shop area and City owned undeveloped area between the shop and S 3rd Ave. Improvements include a new operations building with backup generator, rehabilitation of the existing operations building, a fueling station with backup generator, covered vehicle storage, police vehicle staging, designated areas for material stockpiles, covered equipment storage and a greenhouse.
