FUNCTIONS

The Sequim Police Department Records staff are responsible for the care and general management of all department records, regardless of their physical location or format. They are also responsible for the department's communications requirements (i.e. the telephone, fax, and computer systems necessary to effectively carry out police services). Records are maintained by three full-time police specialists.

REQUESTING RECORDS

Citizens can request copies of reports and crime statistics. 

Public records requests may be made by completing and submitting a Public Records Request or contacting the City’s Public Records Officer at (360) 681-3428.

Collision reports are also available from the Washington State Patrol on the WSP Website.
