The Covid-19 Food Care Package distribution program will continue in Sequim through the end of March. The program will be conducted twice per month. Care packages will be available on the following Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.:
• January 13 and 27
• February 10 and 24
• March 10 and 24
Drivers are asked to queue up at Trinity United Methodist Church on Blake Avenue where they will be directed to volunteers who will load their car with boxes of food.

The Clallam County Emergency Operation Center (EOC) extended a Delegation of Authority with the Sequim Emergency Coordination Center to continue operations of the CPOD in support of a county-wide COVID Food Care Package program.
The Emergency Coordination Center (ECC) is a combined effort of the City of Sequim, the Sequim School District, and Clallam County Fire District 3. The ECC is working in support of the EOC under the Clallam County Emergency Management Plan and is activated to serve the Operational Area from Deer Park Road to the Eastern Clallam County Boundary. Clallam County Fire District 3 also serves the community of Gardiner and areas on the east end of Jefferson County.
