[ARCHIVED] City of Sequim Seeks Volunteer to Coordinate Volunteer Program

The City of Sequim is thankful for the generosity of community volunteers who help to maintain many areas of the City, serve with the Police Department through the Volunteers in Police Service program, and serve on the many boards, commissions, and committees throughout the City.

The City is looking for a Volunteer to serve as the coordinator for the Community Volunteer programs. The Volunteer Coordinator, under the direction of the City Clerk, will develop and manage the City of Sequim Volunteer Program and market the program to increase public awareness of the volunteer opportunities.

Linda Cherry has served the City of Sequim as the Volunteer Coordinator since March of 2012. She is taking a leave of absence from the position to spend time with her family. The City of Sequim wants to thank Linda for her hard work and service.

A full description of duties and candidate requirements for the position can be found at Go to City Government/City Clerk/Volunteer Opportunities or contact the City Clerk Karen Kuznek-Reese at 360-681-3428 or
