Beginning the week of August 25, 2014, travel lane pavement reconstruction on West Hemlock between South 3rd and South 4th Avenue, pavement reconstruction on West Brackett Road between West Washington and 9th Avenue, and asphalt overlay on West Sequim Bay Road between East Washington and Rhodefer Road will commence.

The pavement preservations projects are expected to be completed in sixty working days.
Between now and the end of October subgrade repair, which includes replacing damaged portions of pavement with rock and asphalt, will take place in the following areas:
• South 7th Avenue
• West Hendrickson Road
• South Priest Road
• Miller Road
• Spyglass Lane
• Elk Loop
• North Dunlap Avenue
• South Still Road
• Sequim Dungeness Way

Some roads will be reduced to one lane vehicle traffic with flaggers. Drivers should expect some delays. The work will be performed by Lakeside Industries and is dependent on the weather. There will be no parking on these streets during construction.
