The City of Sequim Seeks Proposals for 2015 Human Services Funding for
Mental Health Services
The City of Sequim contracts with local non-profit agencies to provide certain services for Sequim city residents. The current human services contracts expire on December 31, 2014.

If your agency is interested in providing these services for City of Sequim residents, please complete a Request for Proposal which is available on the City’s website under City Government/City Clerk/Human Services. A subcommittee will review the proposals and make a recommendation to the City Council on funding allocations based on the information provided in proposals. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on October 3, 2014.
The agency whose proposal is approved by the City Council, will be required to enter into a contract for services as outlined in the proposal.
