[ARCHIVED] Joe Irvin Accepted into Leadership ICMA


SEQUIM—City of Sequim Assistant to the City Manager Joe Irvin has been accepted into Leadership ICMA , a two-year leadership program conducted by the International City Managers Association (ICMA).

The program is a competitive, intensive program designed to cultivate key competencies needed for successful leadership at all levels of local government management. The core competencies addressed in the program are: leadership in local government; ethics and integrity; analytical skills; strategic planning; community building; and organizational effectiveness.
