Please join the City of Sequim on Tuesday, October 30 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Sequim Civic Center, 152 West Cedar Street, for an informational meeting on the recently completed Affordable Housing Study and proposed Action Plan.
The Affordable Housing Study was conducted to help the City of Sequim identify the nature of the existing housing supply within city limits. The study outlines the City’s social, economic, and demographic information and how that relates to the affordability of the housing marketing.
The Action Plan contains potential steps the City might take to address housing affordability, supply, and demand. Meeting participants will have the opportunity to provide input on elements of the proposed action plan strategies.
The Affordable Housing Study and proposed Action Plan were developed by Tom Beckwith from Beckwith Consulting Group and Eric Hovee from Ed Hovee & Company.
