[ARCHIVED] City of Sequim Issues Request for Proposal for Human Services Funding

helping hands

The City of Sequim has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Human Services Funding contract to address the needs of Sequim and Eastern Clallam County in the areas of sheltering, physical and mental health, food insecurity, and substance use disorders over the next three years.

The RFP is a result of strategic goals identified by the Sequim City Council priorities, human services providers through a recent day-long summit, and the public at a community workshop.  The City has an annual budget of $75,000 for each of the next three years for program services.  Proposed capital projects will be considered separately.

Proposals will be judged for their potential to coordinate community assets, implement critical strategies that achieve measurable results, and make a strong argument on how the results of the program aligns with the City Council goals and prioritized areas of need.

The deadline for proposals is 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2019.  All proposals must be submitted to:

City Clerk
