Beginning Tuesday, March 12 thru April 4th, W. Hendrickson Rd between Kendall Road on the West and Hendrickson Heritage Park on the East will be closed to vehicle traffic between the hours of 7 A.M. and 5 P.M. Monday through Friday. A detour will be in place directing traffic around the Hendrickson Rd closure. The Olympic Discovery Trail will remain open to non-motorized traffic.
Utility installation crews will be installing sewer and water line extensions along Hendrickson Rd. to serve a new office building and a future residential subdivision with 57 new homes that will be scheduled for development this spring. The work is being done by Westerra Homes, LLC.
There will be no construction or road closures during weekends during this time period, however, motorists, cyclists and pedestrians are encouraged to exercise caution through the affected area and observe all posted signs.
