Please join the City Arts Advisory Commission (CAAC) for the opening of the premiere Student Art Exhibit, and a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Art Commission’s 5th Anniversary celebration on Friday, June 7, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Sequim Civic Center, 152 W. Cedar Street.
The artwork of several students from Sequim High School will be featured in the exhibit on display through the month of June.
The City Arts Advisory Commission was established in 2014 with a mission to encourage, support, and facilitate various forms of artistic and cultural activities with the greater Sequim community. The Commission’s responsibilities are to provide recommendations to the staff and City Council in connection with cultural and artistic endeavors and projects in which the City becomes involved.
