All communication must be in writing only. All questions must be submitted in writing by February 20, 2020. Responses will be posted to the City’s website and sent to all proposers by February 27, 2020.

Absolutely no communication will occur regarding this RFP, including requests for information, or speculation between consultant or any of their individual members and any City elected official or city staff other than those named above. Failure to comply with this provision may result in consultant’s proposal being removed from consideration.
